Key Qualifications:
Active RN license, eligible for practice in Virginia Minimum of 2 years of CVOR nursing experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong proficiency in scrubbing and circulating within CVOR cases Ability to work collaboratively under pressure Excellent communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide expert patient care before, during, and after cardiovascular procedures Manage equipment and supplies to ensure sterile environments and safe outcomes Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR staff Document assessments, interventions, and post-op care accurately Advocate for patient safety and uphold hospital standards of care
