Variable shifts depending on facility needs

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care to CVOR patients Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and technologists in a fast-paced environment Monitor, assess, and document patient status throughout procedures Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and hospital protocols Support smooth transitions of care and thorough post-operative assessments

Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year recent CVOR nursing experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications (as required by facility) Proficiency with perioperative processes, cardiovascular procedures, and equipment Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
