Desired Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year Telemetry nursing experience Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities Ability to adapt quickly to varying clinical environments and technology
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver attentive, evidence-based care for adult patients requiring cardiac monitoring Interpret EKGs and manage telemetry equipment effectively Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans Monitor for changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care Accurately document patient care and maintain charting requirements
