Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Leesburg, VA $60-$70 per hour (based on experience and skillset) Part-Time or Full-Time | Flexible Schedule Join Loudoun County's Premier Medspa Are you an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner looking to elevate your career in a thriving, patient-focused medical spa? We are seeking a confident, skilled injector to join our established and growing team in Leesburg, VA. About the Practice Our practice is recognized for delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes while prioritizing patient safety, education, and satisfaction. We are committed to helping clients look and feel their best through customized treatment plans and the latest aesthetic and wellness services. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive facial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, etc.) and dermal fillers Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and pre- and post-treatment care Perform aesthetic procedures using laser and energy-based devices (training provided) Provide wellness and body contouring services (training provided) Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation Participate in marketing initiatives and special events Deliver exceptional patient experiences that foster long-term client relationships Qualifications Required Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia Minimum of 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, cosmetic injectables, and patient safety protocols Excellent communication and consultation skills Preferred Experience with energy-based devices and laser treatments Experience in weight management programs and/or IV therapy Strong ability to build patient trust, retention, and loyalty Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and ongoing professional development Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $60-$70 per hour , based on experience and expertise Health insurance available for full-time employees 401(k) with company match (eligible after minimum hours requirement) Complimentary aesthetic services and employee discounts Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling options Established patient base with consistent demand Supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team environment Opportunity to work with advanced aesthetic technologies and treatments Why Join Us?
