Inova Loudoun Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor

• Emergency Room (ER) to join our team. This role is full-time, nights (Monday
• Friday)
• three 12-hour shifts (7:00 pm
• 7:00 am).

Rotating holidays + on-call. During orientation will rotate through all shifts (Days, Mids, and Nights). Eligible Nurses will qualify for sign-on & relocation bonuses. Responsibilities:

Front line leader who is accountable for delivering highly reliable results related to Quality and Best Practices to improve clinical operation of the unit, Embraces, uses, and understands the research behind nursing practice and quality tools. Requirements:

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Nursing; or, Associate Degree RN within one year of completing BSN program

Experience:

One (1) year of experience as a

Registered Nurse Licensure/Certifications:

BLS from the American Heart Association; Licensed to practice as an RN in the

Commonwealth of Virginia Training:

Inova RN Unit Supervisor and Charge Nurse Training within 3 months of start date

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department/Trauma Center with additional charge or supervisory responsibilities.

Certification:

Specialty certification specific to unit within 1 year; current

ACLS and PALS Education:
