Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications and Experience:
Active and unencumbered RN license Proven experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings as a Registered Nurse Comprehensive understanding of critical care protocols, monitoring equipment, and emergency procedures Proficiency with electronic medical records and patient documentation Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
Schedule/Hours:
Contract role, specific schedule details provided during interview process
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor, assess, and treat critically ill patients in accordance with established ICU protocols Administer medications, manage ventilators, and conduct frequent status checks and interventions Coordinate care and communicate changes in patient conditions to medical teams and families Document all patient information and nursing actions accurately in medical records Actively contribute to interdisciplinary rounds and participate in quality improvement initiatives Uphold strict infection control and patient safety standards at all times
