Key Responsibilities:
- + Conduct study procedures: clinical assessments, vitals, sample collection (phlebotomy, ECG, specimen coordination) within RN scope.
+ Administer investigational products, monitor participants, and respond to adverse events. + Drive participant recruitment and informed consent (GCP, FDA, ICH compliance). + Collaborate closely with PIs, CRCs, providers, and military/federal teams. + Maintain detailed protocol documentation and electronic data query resolution. + Ensure audit readiness, protocol adherence, and support regulatory submissions. + Serve as a liaison with military, federal healthcare, and research stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- + •Registered Nurse (BSN, RN) - Virginia license (or compact)•+ •Minimum of 2+ years recent clinical trial research experience•+ Strong clinical and regulatory/documentation skills + Knowledge of DoD, VA, or federal environment + Active Secret clearance (or ability/willingness to obtain) + Must be local to Portsmouth, VA area •Nice to

- + ACRP or SOCRA certification + MHS GENESIS or military/federal healthcare experience + Prior work supporting complex clinical trial protocols (phases I-IV)
