Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active RN or LPN/LVN license in Virginia (or compact state eligibility) Demonstrated experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care Strong background in providing direct care to medically fragile individuals, ideally in pediatrics or school settings Ability to work autonomously, with sound judgment and effective clinical decision-making Reliable and compassionate with excellent communication skills Comfortable with daily bus transportation, ensuring continuity of care to and from school

Key Responsibilities:
