Schedule/Hours:
Travel contract assignment (full-time hours; specifics provided during interview)
Qualifications & Experience:
Current, unencumbered RN license Minimum of 2 years' recent experience as a CVOR nurse BLS and ACLS certification required Familiarity with high-acuity cardiovascular surgical cases Strong critical thinking, communication, and team collaboration skills Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced settings
Key Responsibilities:
Scrub and circulate during complex cardiovascular surgeries Monitor and maintain a sterile surgical environment Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary team members Oversee preoperative and postoperative patient care, documentation, and assessments Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
