Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance (QA): Monitor, audit, and enhance clinical systems to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Staff Development Coordinator (SDC): Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs and onboarding for nursing staff. Infection Preventionist (IP): Lead infection control efforts, maintain compliance with
CDC & CMS
guidelines, and promote a safe environment.
Qualifications:
Current RN license (VA) 2+ years in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care Certification or experience in Infection Control & Staff Education preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Salary/ Wage Range Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
