Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license Minimum of 1 year recent Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Administer medications and perform procedures according to hospital protocols Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care
