RN's $45 per hour LPN's $30 per hour Part- time Hours Available Job Summary Join our home health care team as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), where your expertise will directly impact patients' lives by providing compassionate, high-quality care in their homes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver personalized nursing services, coordinate care plans, and support individuals across diverse age groups and health conditions. Main Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments Develop and implement individualized care plans Requirements Valid RN or LPN license in good standing with current state licensure.
