Key Qualifications:
Active RN license (compact license accepted) Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Proficient in cardiovascular operating room procedures Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional patient care throughout CVOR procedures, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR teams to deliver optimal outcomes Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment Conduct pre- and post-operative patient assessments Communicate clearly with patients and families regarding care plans Document care, monitor patient responses, and anticipate patient needs
