Shifts Available:
Nights 7p-7a FT & PT •New Grads Welcome!• $40-$45 an hour based on years of experience 12 hr shifts Competitive shift differentials Comfortable staffing ratios! Monthly staff appreciation events Supportive leadership team! Northern Neck Senior Care is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! RN play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents, overseeing nursing staff, and ensuring that our residents' medical and personal needs are met in a supportive and comfortable environment. Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN): Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress. Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care. Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments. Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards. Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed. Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility's continuous improvement efforts. Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN): Valid Registered Nurse License in VA Strong clinical knowledge and excellent decision-making skills. Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused. Ability to lead and supervise a team of nursing staff. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially. Registered Nurse (RN) may startNEXT WEEK!
