RN Home Care Case Manager

We are a thriving homecare office in Williamsburg, VA covering the entire peninsula looking for RN Case Manager's to join our growing family of caregivers. As a RN case manager, you will make supervisory visits to our homecare clients, every 30, 60 or 90 days. You make your own schedule, so no nights, weekends or holidays, unless you chose to work those days. No oncall or pagers to worry about. This is great as a second job as you set your own schedule. Or, it could be full-time if you want to jump right in! The ideal candidate will help with admissions when needed. Must have at least 2 years experience in Nursing and own transportation. We cover all areas of Hampton Roads. We do pay for travel time as well!. Experience in Medicaid 97ab and 99 is a plus! The ideal candidate will be well organized and able to work independently, exhibiting great customer service to our clients. Must possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
