Key Qualifications:
Active RN license, eligible in VA or compact states Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in an Operating Room setting Strong perioperative nursing knowledge and ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Current BLS and ACLS certifications Excellent critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide thorough pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures Monitor patient status, administer medications, and support surgeons and surgical teams in maintaining a safe operative environment Maintain and document accurate records of patient care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes Uphold high standards of patient safety and evidence-based practice throughout all perioperative phases
