Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of VT or compact license Minimum one year of recent medical-surgical experience required BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) Strong clinical assessment, patient education, and documentation skills Exceptional communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients in a medical-surgical unit Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update comprehensive care plans Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records Promote patient safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the hospital stay
