Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our evening shift, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct patient care, including assessments, medications, treatments, and procedures Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Participating in shift report and handovers to ensure seamless communication Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and services Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of
