Registered Nurse Case Manager

Non-Clinical RN Case Manager Colchester, VT Monday-Friday Schedule Vermont Army National Guard Support Tired of bedside burnout but still want meaningful work? Solvet Services LLC is hiring experienced Registered Nurses to support the Vermont Army National Guard's medical readiness and case management operations in a non-clinical federal healthcare environment. This role supports Soldier readiness, deployment processing, medical documentation coordination, and case management activities for Service Members. Candidates with military, VA, occupational health, or federal healthcare experience are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate non-clinical case management activities Track and manage Soldier medical readiness cases Review and maintain medical documentation Support SRP/SRC and readiness events Coordinate care and follow-up with medical providers Assist with MEB/PEB case preparation Maintain documentation in military medical systems Communicate with Soldiers regarding appointments, documentation, and readiness requirements Support mobilization and deployment readiness operations

Qualifications:

Required:

Active RN license in good standing Strong documentation and organizational skills Ability to manage confidential medical information Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Strongly Preferred:

Military, VA, National Guard, Reserve, or DoD healthcare experience Non-clinical case management experience Occupational health or readiness experience Experience with MEDPROS, MEDCHART, eCase, MHS GENESIS, or similar systems Experience supporting deployment readiness or SRP/SRC events Prior federal healthcare experience Why Apply?
