Key Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license At least one year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile techniques, and perioperative procedures Exceptional communication, multitasking, and critical thinking skills Adaptable and committed to fostering a collaborative care environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and effective patient care throughout the perioperative process Scrub and circulate during a range of surgical procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to optimize outcomes Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to all safety protocols Maintain aseptic technique and manage OR equipment Support patients and families with compassionate, clear communication
