Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care for adult patients in a medical-surgical setting. Assess patient conditions, develop and implement nursing care plans, and monitor patient progress. Collaborate seamlessly with providers, support staff, and interdisciplinary teams. Administer medication, manage IVs, and accurately document all patient interventions. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and health management. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and hospital policies.
Desired Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted RN license. At least one year of recent RN-MS (Medical-Surgical) experience. Demonstrated critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills. BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and electronic medical record systems. Passion for professional growth and excellent patient care.
