Job Description

PCU / MedSurg / Tele RN - Night Shift | Newport, VT | 13-Week Contract Experienced Registered Nurses for a 13-week contract assignment in Newport, Vermont. We currently have two openings for nurses with strong PCU, MedSurg, and Telemetry experience.

Travel RN:

Needed Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Provide direct bedside care to pre- and post-surgical patients. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Perform clinical procedures, including IV starts, catheter insertion, and dressing changes. Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition. Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment. Collaborate with the healthcare team on treatment and discharge planning. Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Follow established nursing standards, policies, and protocols. About the Role This position requires a clinically strong nurse who is comfortable managing patient care independently, serving in a charge capacity when needed, and adapting to the needs of a critical access hospital environment. $2,520.00 - $2,686.00 per week
