Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a dynamic medical-surgical environment Coordinate and communicate effectively with physicians, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, updating care plans as needed Administer medications and perform treatments according to established protocols Educate patients and families on post-operative care and health management Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all patients
Qualifications:
Valid RN license, in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent Medical-Surgical experience preferred Current BLS certification (other certifications may be required) Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Adaptable, with a positive attitude and collaborative approach to care delivery
