Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Rutland Center for Living and Rehabilitation in Rutland, Vermont. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure cohesive care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and develop effective treatment plans Monitor and document patient progress, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction Fulfill on-call responsibilities as required
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Vermont Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and protocols Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
