Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for one of our client which is

Hospital, Pay Rate:

$70/hr

Job Location:

St Johnsbury, VT 05819

Shift:

Days, M-F, possible weekend shifts

Duration of Contract:

13 weeks Guaranteed hours: 36

Hrs Submissions Requirements:

Current active Vermont RN license required Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience preferred Home Health experience is highly desirable Current BLS certification required. Current ACLS certification required. Job Duties in

Order of Importance:

Conduct patient admissions and comprehensive nursing assessments Develop and implement individualized care plans Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams For more details please contact #425-250-9798(From 7:30AM Until 4:30PM PST, I Will be Available to take calls) registered
