Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Long-Term Care, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing patients' conditions and developing individualized care plans Implementing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:
