Qualifications & Skills:
Active RN license Minimum hospital experience in Medical-Surgical nursing Certifications required:
ACLS, BLS, PALS
(or ENPC), and de-escalation training (active at start or a course booked by Clinical Orientation) Thorough knowledge of nursing standards and regulatory compliance Ability to deliver age-specific, direct patient care with professionalism and empathy Demonstrated ability to assume leadership roles and delegate effectively
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive, direct patient care across all age groups Implement patient care based on the Nursing Process and department guidelines Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance with state and federal regulations Participate actively in interdisciplinary care, taking a leadership role where appropriate Delegate tasks to support staff, ensuring cohesive team function and excellent outcomes
