Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted RN licensure Previous experience in school nursing is highly preferred Strong assessment, triage, and care coordination skills Ability to effectively communicate with students, families, educators, and administration Flexibility to work at multiple campuses within the district Commitment to adhering to professional standards and school protocols

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care and monitor student health needs throughout the district Manage chronic health conditions and provide emergency care as needed Promote health education and preventative care for students and staff Coordinate with faculty and parents on individual health care plans Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with district and regulatory guidelines Provide medication administration and daily treatments on-site
