Required Qualifications & Experience:
Active and unrestricted RN license Experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing, preferably with recent clinical practice BLS certification (additional certifications a plus) Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to adapt quickly to new protocols and technologies
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on a medical-surgical unit Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and adjust care as needed Offer patient and family education to support recovery and health maintenance Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold high standards of safety and infection control
