The Role We're looking for a Regional Nurse Consultant to own clinical operations and regulatory compliance across several Pacific Northwest SNFs. You'll partner directly with Directors of Nursing and Administrators—not just advising, but driving the improvement work. This is a high-impact role for someone who has led at the DON level and is ready to operate across a portfolio. What You'll Own Clinical operations oversight across multiple skilled nursing facilities Regulatory compliance — federal, state, local — including infection control and incident management Quality improvement — building and tracking performance metrics that move the needle Mentorship and development of DONs and clinical staff at each site Regular site audits and inspections with clear, actionable findings What We're Looking For
REQUIRED
Active Washington RN license 3+ years as DON in a skilled nursing facility Based in or relocating to Greater Pacific Northwest Area
PREFERRED
1+ year in a multi-facility or regional clinical role Proven track record in QI and regulatory compliance across multiple sites Why Kalesta You'll have real authority and real scope.
