Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for a range of medical-surgical cases Administer medications and IV therapies with meticulous attention to protocols Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes Provide patient and family education with clarity and compassion Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Washington (or compact state eligibility) At least one year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
