2 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced Travel RN for a CVOR position requiring mandatory scrub and circulating skills, including complex cardiovascular and thoracic cases. Details Work in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) of an acute care hospital setting Patient population includes open-heart and thoracic surgical cases such as CABGs, valve replacements, aortic aneurysms, TAVRs, and robotic-assisted lobectomies Schedule is 4x10-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM
  • 5:15 PM On-call requirements include 1-2 overnight shifts per week and 1 weekend per month 13-week contract Requirements Active WA RN license or a Compact RN license currently in hand Current BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of CVOR RN experience preferred Prior travel nursing experience required Mandatory proficiency in both scrubbing and circulating Hands-on experience with complex cardiovascular and thoracic procedures (CABGs, valve replacements, aneurysms, TAVRs, robotic thoracic cases) strongly preferred Additional Information Must be able to scrub and circulate independently in a high-acuity cardiovascular OR environment 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration All time-off and scheduling requests must be disclosed at the time of initial consideration
