Pay:
$45-$60/hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses

Schedule:
August 1, 2026 Start Date. This is a regular scheduled position (not per diem or per-shift coverage) . We are looking for consistent weekly availability with assigned shifts each week. The schedule will include a mix of weekdays and weekends, and may follow a rotating every-other-week structure depending on staffing needs.

Reports To:
Clinic Owner/Manager Role Overview As a Registered Nurse at Restore, you will provide safe and effective IV therapy and IM injections while also playing a key role in the client experience and business growth of the studio. You will be expected to confidently educate clients on therapy options, recommend appropriate treatments, and support membership and service conversions based on client goals. You will receive comprehensive training and onboarding and will work closely with our Lead Nurse. This role offers ongoing collaboration, mentorship, and support as you learn Restore's therapies, protocols, and approach to client care. You'll be part of a highly collaborative team environment where clinical excellence, client outcomes, and exceptional service are equally valued. The Lead Nurse will serve as a key resource to help ensure your success, growth, and confidence in the role. Success in this role includes both: Excellent clinical execution Strong performance in client education, rebooking, and sales-related benchmarks Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Administer IV Drip Therapy, IM injections, and wellness services safely and accurately Follow clinical protocols and maintain high standards of patient safety Complete accurate EMR documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment Client Experience & Sales Build rapport and trust with clients through exceptional bedside manner Educate clients on IV therapy ingredients, benefits, and wellness options Recommend services and memberships based on client goals Support conversion of new clients into members Contribute to studio goals including rebooking and retention What We're Looking For Active, unencumbered RN license (required) Current BLS certification (required) Minimum 2 years acute care experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, etc.) Minimum 1 year IV therapy or injection experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable discussing wellness services, recommendations, and pricing options with clients Self-motivated, positive, and team-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Comfortable working in a role that includes sales goals and performance expectations What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($45-$60/hr) Performance-based bonus opportunities Free and discounted wellness services Paid training and onboarding Flexible scheduling options Career growth within a fast-growing wellness brand Supportive, locally owned leadership (owners are actively involved)
