Wage :
$48.71 to $82.59 Compass Health is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Bellingham! As a vital member of the multidisciplinary care team, you'll provide direct nursing services and oversight to ensure high-quality care for clients within our behavioral health programs. What You'll Be Doing Administer injectable psychiatric medications based on provider orders. Conduct nursing assessments and provide ongoing physical and mental health monitoring. Collaborate with the clinical team and serve as a medical liaison. Provide medication education and coordinate refills, pharmacy communication, and inventory. Maintain nursing documentation and transcribe orders as needed. Participate in emergency response and implement appropriate medical interventions. Support clients and staff in promoting wellness and recovery. What You'll Bring Current Washington State RN license. Minimum of 2 years of full-time psychiatric nursing experience. Ability to obtain MHP certification within 30 days of hire. Current First Aid & CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Preferred Attributes In-depth knowledge of psychiatric nursing principles and involuntary commitment laws. Strong communication and documentation skills. Experience with electronic medical records. Organizational aptitude and calm problem-solving approach.
