This is a long-term, in-person clinical role that blends hands-on patient care with leadership and strategic ownership , ideal for an ARNP who is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes while helping guide the long-term vision of a wellness-focused healthcare business. The ARNP will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered, root-cause-focused care, with an emphasis on optimizing health, longevity, and quality of life. Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history review, diagnostic interpretation, and individualized care planning Prescribe and manage therapies within scope, including (but not limited to): Metabolic and weight management programs Hormone optimization with BHRT Neuropathy reversal program Personal injury treatment Nutritional and lifestyle interventions Peptide and supplement protocols Monitor patient progress through follow-ups, lab review, and ongoing care adjustments Educate patients clearly and confidently on treatment plans, expectations, and outcomes Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Leadership & Ownership Responsibilities Serve as a minority owner with a vested interest in the clinic's growth, culture, and success Collaborate in strategic decision-making related to: Clinical offerings and protocols Patient experience and outcomes Quality assurance and compliance Act as a clinical ambassador for Optimal BioHealth in the community, educational events, and internal initiatives Support and mentor clinical staff as the practice grows Qualifications Current Washington State ARNP license in good standing Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent) Strong clinical experience in functional, integrative, or wellness-focused medicine (preferred) Excellent patient communication and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in ownership, growth, and leadership High professional integrity, clinical judgment, and attention to detail What We Offer Minority ownership opportunity with long-term growth potential Competitive compensation structure (clinical + ownership components) Collaborative, supportive, and forward-thinking work environment Established brand with strong community presence Opportunity to shape and expand clinical programs and patient care models About Optimal BioHealth Optimal BioHealth is an integrative wellness clinic focused on personalized, evidence-based care that addresses the root cause of health concerns rather than just symptoms.
