Required Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry nursing experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong assessment, monitoring, and communication skills Adaptability to fast-changing patient needs and environments
Role Responsibilities:
Continuous monitoring and assessment of cardiac and medical-surgical patients Prompt recognition and response to arrhythmias and changes in patient status Administration of medications and implementation of physician orders Accurate and timely documentation of all care delivered Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Education and support for patients and families
