Job Description

Now hiring a qualified Corrections RN / Registered Nurse for a contract opportunity in Clallam Bay, Washington! Local and travel candidates are welcome to apply! Corrections RN /

Registered Nurse Pay:

$3,023 weekly gross working 40 hours Overtime available at elevated pay rate Weekly direct deposit W2 position with benefits available; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401

K Schedule and Timeline:

Now interviewing for June + July start dates! 40 hours weekly with the potential for OT 8-hour day and night shifts available to choose from 13-week assignment with high potential to extend Corrections RN /

Registered Nurse Job Details:

Provide healthcare services to inmates. Conduct health assessments, screenings, and medical evaluations Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations according to physician orders and established protocols. Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records, documenting all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes. Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care to stabilize patients in critical situations. Educate inmates about health issues, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications to improve their overall well-being. Participate in health promotion and disease prevention programs within the correctional facility. Treat inmates for chronic health issues, trauma, infection, and substance abuse. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of patient care. Corrections RN /

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

BLS certification Unencumbered Washington or Compact RN License 1+ years of Corrections, Psych, or Behavioral health nursing experience Must be comfortable with paper charting — this facility is 100% paper-based Travel experience is preferred - facility is located in a remote area with limited housing available - travel trailers are recommended
