Registered Nurse Acute Dialysis RN Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse Acute Dialysis RN to join our team. As an Acute Dialysis RN, you will be responsible for providing personalized and high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment in an acute care setting. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans for each patient Administer dialysis treatment according to physician orders Monitor patients during treatment for any adverse reactions Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures and self-care techniques Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
