Job Description
Bethany of the Northwest has been a non-profit icon of the healthcare industry in the Everett area for nearly 100 years. Bethany is seeking passionate and motivated RNs and LPNs to join our Staff Pool team. Come join our family and find out what the " Heart of Bethany " is. Bethany of the Northwest offers a generous benefit package, competitive salary, tuition reimbursement and much more. Our staff pool employees support our 4 facilities in Everett covering staff absences due to vacation or sick leave. They are able to pick up their shifts 4-6 weeks ahead as well as short notice. The only requirement we have is that you actively work a minimum of 2 shifts per month.
Schedules:
8 hour shifts 6am to 2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm to 6amPay Range:

Responsibilities include:
Assess patients' condition. Send chart observations and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review. Administer medication as prescribed by the patient's physician. Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals. Follow instructions of the senior team as directed.
