This opportunity is ideal for a skilled injector who is confident practicing independently and is interested in helping expand aesthetic services within an established oral and maxillofacial surgery practice. We are seeking a provider who can deliver exceptional patient care, build lasting patient relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of our aesthetics program.

Please note:

This position requires prior experience performing aesthetic injections. This is not a training or mentorship position. Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations and aesthetic assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and anatomy Perform Botox®, dermal filler, and other injectable aesthetic treatments Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, and maintenance recommendations Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records Foster patient retention through exceptional clinical care and customer service Participate in practice marketing and growth initiatives Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and professionalism Schedule Part-time position Initially one clinic day per week Opportunity to expand to additional days as patient demand grows Flexible scheduling based on provider availability and practice needs Compensation $35-$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Commission opportunities Tips Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Dedicated staff support for scheduling, patient communication, check-in, check-out, and patient flow Professional clinical environment within a respected healthcare practice QualificationsRequired Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum two years of aesthetic injection experience Experience performing Botox®, dermal filler, and injectable aesthetic treatments Strong consultation, assessment, and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to exceptional patient care and customer service Preferred Established experience in facial aesthetics Experience with skincare and aesthetic treatment planning Interest in helping grow aesthetic services within an established practice At Adara Surgical Institute, we take pride in providing exceptional care and creating an outstanding patient experience.
