Job Description

Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Assignment Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment serving patients throughout the Tri-Cities region of Washington , including Benton and Franklin counties. This opportunity is ideal for an RN with strong home health experience who enjoys working independently while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting.

Up to $65/hour
Estimated Weekly Pay:
Up to $2,600/week based on 40 guaranteed hours Coverage Area Tri-Cities region of Central Washington Benton County Franklin County Occasional visits to Walla Walla may be required Paid mileage and travel time are provided for eligible visits. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to providers Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and interdisciplinary team members Complete timely and accurate electronic documentation Ensure compliance with home health regulations and agency policies Requirements Active Washington RN license or compact license eligibility Minimum of 1 year of recent home health experience required Current BLS certification required Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a field-based environment Experience with electronic medical records preferred Why You'll Love This Opportunity Consistent Monday-Friday schedule No routine weekend requirements Guaranteed 40 hours per week Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time Opportunity to serve patients throughout beautiful Central Washington BI01
