PRN | Days Wage scale: $42.14 - $75.11 per hour This is a Union Position. How you'll contribute You'll make an impact by delivering safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of procedures. Working closely with physicians, nurses, and the surgical team, you'll help create exceptional patient experiences and support strong clinical outcomes. Job Duties Provide anesthesia, sedation, and pain management services. Complete pre-anesthesia assessments, education, and documentation. Develop and manage anesthesia care plans, including follow-up. Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures. Respond quickly to changes in condition and anesthesia complications. Support emergency care, airway management, and medication/fluid administration. Maintain anesthesia supplies and support clinical standards. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to deliver safe, high-quality care. What we offer Fundamental to providing great care is supporting and rewarding our team. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Calm, confident decision-making under pressure. Clear communication with patients and care teams. Knowledge of anesthesia care, monitoring, and emergency response. Qualifications Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia required; doctoral degree preferred. Current CRNA certification required. Current licensure in the state of practice required. ACLS, BCLS, and PALS certifications required.
