How you'll contribute As a Wound Care RN at Trios Health, you'll play a key role in delivering specialized, patient-centered care that promotes healing and improves quality of life. You'll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to assess, treat, and monitor patients with complex wound care needs across all ages. Essential Functions Provide wound care using established clinical guidelines and best practices Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including pain management Work closely with physicians and care teams during treatments and procedures Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention Participate in care planning and team discussions to improve patient outcomes Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe care environment Your expertise, attention to detail, and compassion will directly impact healing and recovery-making a meaningful difference in every patient interaction.
