Desired Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced surgical environments Proficiency with surgical instruments, aseptic techniques, and perioperative care Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
Scrub and circulate during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and sterile conditions Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other perioperative staff Prepare, maintain, and monitor surgical equipment and supplies Document patient care accurately in accordance with facility protocols Assist with patient assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation throughout the surgical experience
