We are seeking a experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a strong passion for aesthetic medicine to join our growing team. As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Contractor at SKËN, you will be the Medspa Owner's right hand gal or guy:) The Nurse Practioner role will also provide a full range of injectable and non-invasive aesthetic services. You will play a key role in client consultations, treatment planning, performing advanced procedures, and ensuring outstanding patient outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated NP who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale medspa setting and is committed to continuous learning in the aesthetics field. (Training available for the right candidate) Key Responsibilities Clinical Aesthetic Services Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations, including facial and skin assessments, medical history review, and customized treatment planning. Administer advanced injectable treatments, including: Dermal Fillers (hyaluronic acid, calcium hydroxylapatite, etc.) for volume restoration, contouring, and lip enhancement. Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, etc.) for wrinkle reduction, facial slimming, and hyperhidrosis. Bio-stimulators (Sculptra, Radiesse, etc.) for collagen stimulation and long-term skin rejuvenation. Other injectables such as PRP/PRF, mesotherapy, and skin boosters. Provide additional aesthetic therapies, including: Thread lifts or PDO threads (if trained). Laser and energy-based treatments (if credentialed). Chemical peels, microneedling, and regenerative skin therapies. Body contouring and wellness injections. Ensure precise injection techniques, natural-looking results, and high safety standards.Patient Care & Education Build long-term client relationships through exceptional bedside manner, follow-up care, and personalized recommendations. Educate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare, potential side effects, and maintenance plans. Conduct pre- and post-treatment assessments, manage complications if they arise, and maintain detailed medical records. Collaborate with other providers and support staff to deliver integrated treatment plans. Operational & Compliance Duties Adhere to all state regulations, FDA guidelines, and SKËN protocols for medical aesthetics. Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR). Participate in staff training, inventory management of injectables and supplies, and quality assurance. Stay current with industry trends, new products, and techniques through continuing education (CEUs) and manufacturer trainings. Promote a positive, team-oriented culture and contribute to the spa's growth through client retention and referrals.
Qualifications & Requirements Licensure:
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license inWA STATE.
Additional Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and aesthetic products. Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, consultative approach. Professional appearance and commitment to ongoing education (CEUs, training). Malpractice insurance (your own or through group options). Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented spa environment. Existing client base is a plus but not required.Certification:
Current BLS and/ or ACLS certification is strongly preferred. National certification as an NP.Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in aesthetic injectables (dermal fillers, neurotoxins, biostimulators). Prior medspa or plastic surgery/dermatology experience strongly preferred.Skills:
Advanced injection proficiency, strong knowledge of facial anatomy, excellent visual assessment skills, and artistic eye for aesthetic outcomes.Additional:
Ability to stand for extended periods, excellent customer service skills for precise injections, and a professional, polished appearance.
