Job Description

Wage Range:
$48.21 - $87.11 per hour Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. RN RESIDENCY PROGRAM DETAILS
EvergreenHealth's Residency Program consists of group practicums and lectures that support the graduate RN to mitigate the education-to-industry gap. We foster growth in the clinical, professional, and transitional aspects of professional nursing practice. The Residency program incorporates collaborative team support by managers, preceptors and clinical nurse educators. RN Residents are required to have an active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license and a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS card by start date of October 26th, 2026. Must be able to start program on October 26th 2026. As an RN with our Hospice Care Center, you maintain the following primary duties: Provide direct patient care and functions as a patient advocate. Assess the comprehensive nursing needs of an assigned group of patients. Coordinate the patient and family/significant other education process. Continuously plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, incorporating patient and family/significant other into the process. Participate with physician partners and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient and family/significant other plan of care. Communicate effectively all relevant information (e.g., patient information, safety issues, problems with equipment, quality issues, etc.) to immediate supervisor, in timely way. Communicate and document changes in patient condition, on a timely basis, to charge nurse/supervisor and physician.
License, Certification, Education or Experience:
REQUIRED
