Registered Nurse/LPN

Responsibilities:

Promote healthy lifestyles through education and focused conversation with patients, families, and communities. Demonstrate safe and competent clinical skills for specific patients, practitioners and conditions in order to deliver care to the best of your ability. Develop new or update old nursing care plans to meet patient's changing health needs and priorities. Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and other members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Promote safe work practices for self and others. Apply scientifically-based principles to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, or participate in individualized practices that improve patient outcomes. Exhibit accountability for your actions by anticipating risks and appropriately managing your responsibilities to patients and professional colleagues.
