Position Summary The Licensed Nurse plays a key role in overseeing resident care, conducting assessments, supporting and educating caregiving staff, and helping ensure compliance with state regulations and Guardian Angel Homes standards. This position partners closely with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes and a high-quality living environment. What You'll Do Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in condition Develop and update resident care plans and service agreements Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, families, and outside providers Provide clinical guidance, training, and support to caregiving staff Participate in admissions assessments and resident transitions Assist with medication management and clinical oversight Support regulatory compliance and quality assurance initiatives Maintain accurate resident documentation and records Promote a culture of resident-centered care, safety, and dignity Qualifications Current Washington State LPN or RN license Minimum of one year of nursing experience Experience in assisted living, long-term care, memory care, or geriatrics preferred Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team Proficiency with electronic documentation and basic computer systems Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) Ability to pass a criminal background check
Pay:
$38.00 - $45.00 per hour
