1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Float Pool RN for a Telemetry position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience, Epic proficiency, and flexibility to float across Medical, Cardiology, and Surgical units. Details Float Pool RN role in an acute care hospital setting Floating required between Medical, Cardiology, and Surgical units Adult patient population Patient ratio of 1:5 across all shifts and weekends Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00-07:30 Every other weekend required Epic EMR experience required Pyxis medication dispensing system in use Requirements Active WA RN license or compact RN license currently in hand or applied for Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS Preferred certifications: CPI and NIHSS Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Epic EMR experience required Experience with a 1:5 patient ratio required 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration Additional Information First-time travelers will be considered if they have strong prior float pool experience Previous PeaceHealth employees (travel or permanent) must disclose which facility and dates of employment All certifications must be active at the time of submission Any time-off or scheduling requests must be disclosed upfront
