Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Max pay is avaialble on 1099 Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols Perform specialized procedures such as IV infusions, catheterizations, suturing, and wound care Manage acute pain and facilitate complex treatments like dialysis, ventilator management, and tube feeding Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner to document patient information meticulously Coordinate discharge planning and provide patient education on medication administration, health coaching, and post-acute care Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain aseptic techniques Assist in triage assessments in urgent or emergency situations within hospital or outpatient settings Support laboratory specimen collection and processing while adhering to HIPAA regulations Collaborate with physicians and specialists in areas like cardiology, ophthalmology, trauma medicine, or hospice care to optimize patient outcomes Maintain compliance with NCQA standards and ICD coding requirements for accurate medical documentation If you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care across multiple specialties while adhering to the highest standards of safety and professionalism, we encourage you to apply.
